PICC, Pasay City – Mayor Atty. Jose Joel P. Doromal with the delegation from the Local Government Unit of Maramag was conferred by the Civil Service Commission pursuant to CSC Resolution No. 1801396 dated December 04, 2018 for having managed and implemented its human resource management systems according to documented processes, thereby achieving a process-defined HRM in the four core HRM systems under the Enhanced Program to Institutionalize Meritocracy and Excellence in Human Resource Management (PRIME-HRM).

PRIME-HRM is a banner program of the CSC aiming to transform agencies` HRM system, competencies and practices to elevate public sector HR to a level of excellence for good governance and for efficient and effective public service delivery.
